DIY Owl Cupcakes

We took Birthday cupcakes to school this week. I got this sweet idea from Pinterest (it's kind of addicting). I'll post pics later on the actually Birthday Cake. Your Retail Helper

These Owl Cupcakes were a huge hit and so easy to make. Although, I will warn you that it takes more supplies than you realize.

We made 24 cupcakes. It took two bags of Oreos to get enough cookies for all the eyes (one bag per 12 cupcakes). It also took us two bags of the large size M&M bags to find enough brown M&M's for the eyes (one bag per 12 cupcakes). The smiles and giggles made it all worth while. :)

This would also be terrific for Halloween school parties.
