DIY: Replace and Install Your Own Key Fob For As Little As $2.99

Have you ever lost or broken your Key Fob or Keyless Remote for your vehicle? You dread calling the dealership, because you know it probably cost $80 - $100 to get a new one. We have DIY solution that will save you tons of money.

Both our Key Fobs broke to our Van recently. I tried replacing the batteries, but it still didn't work. I had no idea where to go or who to call. So, I started doing some research. I was flabbergasted to learn I could buy and install my own Key Fob for only $6. Yes 6 bucks!

I went to Amazon and found the correct Key Fob for our make and model of car. It was only $5.96. When it arrived in the mail, it included Free instructions for a website that had a video tutorial showing me how to DIY activate the fob. It was as easy as sitting in my car and turning the key/ignition several times in succession and then pushing the "Lock" button on the new Key Fob. Voila! It worked.
