Little Dresses for Africa

Every week, I'm trying to write about a way for each of us to Pay It Forward. We've all been blessed in big and small ways and it feels great to give back.

A friend sent me some information about Little Dresses for Africa. It's a non-profit organization that makes dresses out of old pillowcases for impoverished girls in Africa. How fabulous!

Gather a group of friends together to have a "sewing club" to make these simple dresses or you can donate financially to this project. Click here for more information.

Get the kids involved. It's a memorable way to show compassion and definitely a way to Pay It Forward.

Thanks, Liz for sharing this with me. It touched my heart.
