JC Penney Launches New Pricing Tiers Effective 2/1

As promised in my JC Penney post last week, today is the day that JC Penney is launching their new pricing tier for all stores.

1) Everyday Prices - Similar to Wal-Mart's every day low prices
2) Month-Long Values - Special discounts on select products. More than likely, seasonal items.
3) Best Prices - Clearance prices on the 1st and 3rd Friday of every month.

If you're shopping online, Shipping is Free on orders over $50.
